All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spamming, distributing malware, phishing, or copyright infringement.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services.
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
